2026 WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX
LEMAIRE has defended gender equality and promoted diversity within its teams since its creation. The company, led by Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, now brings together nearly 300 employees worldwide, selected for their talent and their shared passion for meticulously designed garments. Each collection is developed and rolled out with their contribution.
The workforce is composed of 68% women, a distribution that is also reflected at the management level. The remuneration framework has been designed to reward commitment and performance regardless of gender.
